The Shabbat (also known as Shabbos or the Sabbath) was and is a central aspect of Jewish faith. Celebrated from Friday evening through nightfall on Saturday, the Shabbat commemorates the Lord’s day of rest. We have a special opportunity to partake in a Shabbat Dinner hosted by the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center and representatives of the San Diego Jewish Community. Every Friday night, households worldwide welcome the serenity of Shabbat, a time to reset and connect with loved ones. Embrace this tradition of renewal alongside our Jewish brothers and sisters and the St. Albans community.
