Sunday Worship Service

Join us in person or online as we dive into our four church values during the month of September: Service, Compassion, Community, and Spiritual Growth. This week we will explore Compassion more extensively and be using Psalm 23 as our primary scripture reading.

Why is Psalm 23 one of the most cherished passages of Scriptures? Perhaps because it displays God's compassionate mercy for us. Perhaps because it reminds us that though there are dark valleys and incredible hardships, God is right there with us, joining us in joy and suffering. Compassion is more than sympathy or empathy. Compassion involves action. In light of our Shepherd-God, we'll explore our faith family's value of compassion as "responding through attentive, accepting, and kind action." Nursery & Sunday School are available for infants - 5th graders!
