The Bible instructs us to pray for our leaders, including our political leaders:

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people, for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. — 1 Timothy 2:1-4

We plan to watch the Presidential Inauguration on January 20th, 2025 at 9:00 AM PST in Bailey Hall and pray afterward. This will be a combination of silent prayer and out loud popcorn-style prayer. Whichever party you relate to, we ask you to speak as loving Christians and respect each other.
