Stewardship Sunday

Stewardship relates to all of life. For the past several Sundays of our worship time, themes of stewardship have been a part of our biblical readings, artwork, sermons, music, and prayers. How do we steward our attention? Our grief? Our resources? Our allegiance? God’s invitation? The kingdom? Beyond our time, talent, and treasure, how do we engage in God’s abundance and generosity with our whole life, and our whole church? Join us this Sunday as we worship together in Richardson Hall, with a potluck lunch to follow as we celebrate God’s goodness and dream for the future!

Potluck Reminders
It has been three years since we have shared a potluck together! In light of this, below are some requests as we prepare to feast together:

  • Please label your serving dishes and serving utensils with your name (painter’s tape or masking tape works well).

  • Please label any foods that can cause an allergic reaction like nuts.

  • Please bring food to Richardson Kitchen 8:45am-9:30am so that we can put food in an oven or the refrigerator.

  • Please bring dishes that feed 8 servings.

Dish Ideas:
Main dish, salad, vegetables, side dishes (rice, potatoes, etc.), rolls/bread, or dessert

The Hospitality Committee will set out the food, serve the food, and provide the beverages. If you have any questions please call Nancy Williams at 619-277-6548.
